Back by popular demand - and better than ever! Join us for the 3rd Annual Roaring Acres Alpacas Easter Egg Hunt!
**Advance tickets for the egg hunts are required and will go on sale on March 15th at approximately 7pm**
Your journey begins with a wagon ride to our back pasture & barn (new location!), where you will be met by a field of colorful eggs and the Easter Bunny!* Take some photos with the Bunny and get ready for the hunt to begin!
Children ages 12 and under will race through the pasture to collect as many eggs as they can! For the safety of our animals, the collected eggs will be empty and can be exchanged for a special goodie bag once the egg hunt is complete. There will be approximately 30 participants per egg hunt.
At the end of it all, travel back to the front pasture to spend some quality time with the alpacas and other farm animals - you can even feed them if you’d like! There will not be any animals in the pasture the Egg Hunt takes place - a good opportunity to get some exposure to farm animals without being too close!
The event dates and egg hunt start times are as follows:
4/2 (Sunday) at 12pm and 2:30pm
4/7 (Good Friday) at 11:30am and 2pm
4/8 (Saturday) at 1:30pm and 4pm
The 4pm egg hunt on 4/8 ONLY will be a Pizza Party Package, where guests registered for this time slot will have access to a private dinner with the Easter Bunny. There will be different varieties of pizza, sweet treats, and non-alcoholic beverages available for guests to enjoy. Guests in this time slot must purchase the Pizza Party Package.
The egg hunt will cost only $7.50 per participant (adults do not need to register). The pizza party, egg hunt included, will cost $15 per person (adults DO need to register for the pizza party).
PLEASE READ: The boutique will be open during the events and we will provide grain to feed the alpacas if guests would like. All Easter Egg hunts are non-refundable and the events will be rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or other extenuating circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the event and issue a refund. However, we have an indoor space for photos & the pizza party should we need it. In the event of illness, you will be able to pick up your goodie bag at a later date.
Spots fill up VERY quickly - save the date in your calendar, set an alarm, and follow this page for updates, tips & tricks to secure your spot! A link will be posted at the indicated sign up time to purchase your tickets.
*Please note, the back pasture is approximately 1/4 mile from the parking lot. We will have a wagon ride available for those who would like a ride, but you may walk if you wish to do so as well. Conditions will likely be muddy this time of year, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear!
